Separate tracking within Workday for Indeed Organic and Sponsored applications

Challenge: Enable separate Source Code tracking within Workday ATS for Indeed Organic and Indeed Sponsored applications where Indeed Apply is enabled.

Client: Healthcare Provider

  • Indeed Apply pushes candidates directly into ATSs such as Workday and iCIMS. However, it uses the same source code for Organic and Sponsored applications in a feed, so clients can not calculate the true Cost per Application from Sponsored applications within their ATS.
  • Use jobsplice to create multiple feeds accepted by the Indeed Feed Quality audit team with different visibility settings: one for Organic traffic visibility and one for Sponsored Jobs visibility, with a different ATS source code for each feed.

  • Indeed Apply applications will then display in Workday with a different Source Code for Organic and Sponsored applications.

XML is a way to structure data in a plain text format that’s both human and machine-readable. Think of it like a set of rules for organizing information using tags, kind of like HTML, but focused on data rather than presentation.
